CLIENT AND COLLABORATOR

WHAT?

Walking Brunel  is an outdoor exhibition that takes the form of a 15-minute audio guided walk, with an installation at the end.

WHO?

1. Residents of Rotherhithe: people over 15 years,

like taking walks
2. Visitors to the area: people who encounter the project and have time to participate
3. People who learned about the project online

WHERE?

Rotherhithe, Southwark, south London
From Canada Water to the Brunel Museum plateau,
through the Albion Cannal.

WHY?

To bring the Brunel Museum’s ‘Fair under the Tunnel’ narrative to local  residents, many of whom are newcomers to the redeveloped area and may be unaware of its history. My aim is to add a contemporary twist to the narrative by regenerating the way museums portray their story to the public.

HOW?

By creating an immersive experience in form of a podcast with AR and a trail, with an installation at the end. Hidden stories to be uncovered.
